Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: from 4 pm

Check-Out: until 12 noon.

Late Check-Out: can be requested in advance, subject to availability. Subject to extra cost.

If you plan to arrive after 11 pm or leave before 9 am, please contact the Herdade in advance.

Upon check-in, the reception team will verify your reservation.

Rates quoted are based on booking and check-in date.

If the number of people at check-in exceeds the number of people booked, the hotel reserves the right to refuse and cancel the reservation.

Extra Beds and Cribs

Extra beds - €45 per night, per child between 3 and 12 years old, according to room capacity.

Cots - 10€ per night, per cot (from 0 to 2 years old), subject to availability and room capacity.

Please note that some room types only allow occupancy of 2 people.

Pets

Herdade da Matinha accepts pets, always subject to availability, and only in the "Surf Lodge Double" room type. 1 animal is allowed per room up to 20kg at an additional cost of €25 per night.

If the pet is not informed in advance, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the reservation upon check-in.

We have the right to cancel or modify reservations when we detect that the guest may be engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or in case of other circumstances where reservations contain or result from an error or mistake.
